    At Sznwcw, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for eligible items.  

         Eligibility  

    To qualify for a return or exchange:  

    - Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (including tags attached and original packaging intact).  

    - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.  

    - Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces) must include the hygienic liner, if applicable, and remain unwashed.  

         Return Process  

    1. Initiate: Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.  

    2. Package: Securely repackage the item(s) in original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.  

    3. Ship: Use the return label provided (or arrange shipping at your cost, if not covered by Sznwcw). For domestic returns, we recommend using a tracked service.  

         Refunds  

    - Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days of shipment), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. 

    - Refunds may take 10–15 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.  

    - If the return is due to a Sznwcw error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.  

         Exchanges  

    To exchange for a different size, color, or style:  

    - Follow the return process above, then select the new item(s) from our site.  

    - Exchanges are subject to availability; if the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or alternative options.  

         Non-Returnable Items  

    The following are not eligible for return or exchange:  

    - Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed bikinis).  

    - Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., bleach stains on swimwear).  

    - Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at checkout).  

         Late or Missing Refunds  

    If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, check your payment account statement. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for assistance.
